Lime Chicken Picante

Reviewed on Oct. 3, 2008 by Vicki
Wonderful moist chicken, 0 after marinating this for 30 minutes pored everything into a 9X13 clay baking dish and cooked it in the oven @ 350. I added 1/2 cup chopped onion and I added extra of all the other ingredients as I had 4 large chicken breasts. Will try this with spicy salsa next time would be great in a wrap, we had it with Caesar Salad

Risotto with Asparagus

This was an awesome recipe! I added sun-dried tomatoes (dried variety, not the oil-packed ones) along with cubed, cooked (bbq'd) chicken, the sundried tomato flavour was outstanding!

Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Reviewed on Sep. 24, 2008 by Gitano
These were fantastic! Although I did use frozen meatballs as I was pressed for time for a afternoon gathering. The leftovers went home with my daughter and her fiance, and he hoovered them up in a flash! Super Simple to make, toss everything into a slow cooker and in about 4 hours - PRESTO! Thanks for the AWESOME recipe, will DEFINITELY make again! Will be great at Christmas time for those inevitable get togethers!
