Crunchy Dessert Bars

This is amazingly good! I used sugar free cool whip, and agave nectar ice cream. I didn't have vanilla, so I used some almond and some chocolate. Somewhat nutritious, very delicious!

White Sauce

This sauce is great and a good base sauce. Add a pinch of nutmeg to send it over the top.

Slow Cooker Chicken Creole
